Annual Review of Academic Progress of Graduate Students

Advisors are required to conduct an annual evaluation of the academic progress of each of their graduate student advisees, and to maintain a written copy of that evaluation in the student's advisee folder. This review is a multi-step process:

• Student completes the Annual Review of Academic Progress of Graduate Students: Student Form ( Word version - Adobe pdf version )
• Student submits Student Form to advisor and schedules an appointment with the advisor
• Student and advisor meet to discuss the evaluation and plans for the remainder of the student's degree program
• Advisor completes the Annual Review of Academic Progress of Graduate Students: Faculty Form ( Word version - Adobe pdf version ), and distributes copies to the student, student's advisee file, and the KIN Graduate Studies Coordinator
